Loose Ends in ChronoSpace

Some stories aren’t supposed to end cleanly.

I didn’t realise that until I nearly broke this one.

At one point, I was tying everything up—every thread, every question, every loose end. It felt right. Neat. Complete.

And completely wrong.

Because the more I explained, the less interesting the story became.

Mystery started to disappear. Tension dropped off. That sense that something wasn’t quite finished… gone.

That’s when it hit me.

Some stories don’t fall apart because they leave things unresolved.

They fall apart because they don’t.

In ChronoSpace, time isn’t neat. It doesn’t wrap itself up in a bow. There are consequences that echo, questions that linger, and threads that don’t quite settle where you expect them to.

And that’s the point.

Because if everything’s explained, there’s nothing left to wonder about.

And if there’s nothing left to wonder about… why keep turning the page?

If you want to see how that plays out, that’s exactly where the story begins.
